Director, Loren Alleyne
Loren is an award winning Director and Writer based in London UK, with experience working in both production and the camera department.
As a child, he always loved writing and recording stories to share with his family and friends. Loren’s journey into the film industry began after attending a film workshop at the Southbank Centre as a teenager. He later studied filmmaking at college whilst also attending the BFI Future Film Academy.
Loren then went to university where he completed a degree in Film Production and made numerous short films, undertaking different production roles.
In 2019, he won Best Micro-Short at the Screen Culture International Film Festival for ‘Conscious’, his first award for a film he wrote, directed, and produced. He has since gone on to make several other short films with more in development.
Lead Actor, Ed Petrie
Ed is well known to generations across the country as a regular face on CBBC, where he has presented and acted in such shows as Marrying Mum and Dad, All Over the Place and Ed & Oucho’s Excellent Inventions (for which he was BAFTA nominated). During the course of his TV career he has filmed across the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Asia.
He was a member of the National Youth Theatre throughout the 1990s and went on to study Drama at Goldsmiths in London. He began performing stand-up in 2002 and appeared on comedy shows such as Smack the Pony and Green Wing. Ed began presenting children’s television daily on Nickelodeon from 2005, before moving to CBBC in 2007.

Director of Photography, Simeon Geyer
Simeon is a London based DoP who grew up in the fast paced environment of the digital revolution within the media industry. Being influenced by the skate and indie music culture in the suburbs in his hometown yet having a strong interest in abstract design and fashion he developed an early interest in stills photography. Documenting the world around him, his work always focused on the people he interacted with.
Along the way his main interest developed towards moving images, which led him to move to the multi facetted capital Berlin to study Digital Film.
From there he moved to London, where he currently works on both commercial and narrative projects. Paying great attention to detail, he combines technical know-how with an eye for aesthetics, always exploring new techniques and approaches for each project, while focusing on the story at hand.

Gaffer, Hishanth Jegathasan
Hishanth, a Tamil raised in South London, draws inspiration from Tamil Cinema (Kollywood), which exposed him to captivating storytelling, intricate production design, and soul-stirring music. Initially unsure of how to translate his love for storytelling onto the screen, he embarked on a journey in filmmaking.
As a gaffer, he excels in crafting diverse looks but leans toward natural and realistic lighting, influenced by the shooting environment.
Hishanth's commitment to learning and innovation is unwavering. He continually seeks inspiration from mentors and peers, eagerly adopting new techniques. He's a strong advocate for representation, actively working with his community to inspire the next generation in filmmaking, breaking down barriers, and paving the way for aspiring filmmakers.

Sound Recordist & Designer, Phill Metcalfe
Phill Metcalfe is an Audio Engineer / Soundie with 15+ years experience across a variety of sectors, including (but not limited to) studio recording, edit & mixing, live broadcast / post broadcast work, and live sound reinforcement. A self-published songwriter & musician, he's been known to do composition & sound design for film.. He has significant experience as a location recordist for both film & broadcast, (having worked across Australia and the States on a variety of terrestrial programs) and loves jumping on the tools with a fun crew.

Composer, Elijah David Djan
Elijah, a UK-born Ghanaian composer, has honed his creative talents from a young age. With a deep musical background, he ventured into film and VFX after high school. His genre-spanning style aims to uplift audiences through emotions ranging from ethereal and reflective to eccentric and ecstatic.
Editor, Fynn Lithgow
Fynn works as an Editor & Edit Assistant who studied Film Production at 'The University for The Creative Arts'. He has worked on narrative, documentary, corporate and commercial film and video.
