Loren Alleyne is an award winning Director and Writer based in London UK. With experience working in both production and the camera department.

As a child, he always loved writing and recording stories to share with his friends & family. Loren’s journey into film began after attending a film workshop at the Southbank Centre as a teenager. He later began studying filmmaking at college whilst also attending the BFI future film academy.

Loren went on to study Film Production at university and was involved in the making of numerous short films. Since graduating Loren has worked full time in the film industry working in both the production department on commercials and camera technical department on feature films and HETV.

During this time he has written and directed several other short films with more in development. 

His most resent film 'Herts's Desire' won best no-budget short at the BAFTA qualifying Carmarthen Bay Film Festival 2024.

Loren continues to create visually engaging projects by leveraging his production and technical expertise to elevate the quality of films made on smaller budgets.
